We are looking for someone that never stops learning and wants to take responsibility for the needed decisions and the code that gets written. Someone who’s also interested in how to impact the behavior of our users by developing the services and specific features.
What we look for:
Competence. This is the core of our teck stack: Nodejs/typescript, Mysql,Memcache/redis, Elasticsearch, Reactjs/nextjs,React Native, Docker, Microservices, AWS. In addition, you might run into: php, Javascript/jQuery, Solr, Java/Spring.
Vision. We expect you to be able to take responsibility in the roadmap of our services and stack, especially from the technological perspective. As part of the team you’ll be in the core of decision-making regarding what we’ build.
Initiative. We need you to independently plan your part on how to execute the feature plan we create together as a team. Not forgetting the actual execution part, for which set priorities together.
Language skills. Our services are in Finnish so understanding it is an asset. Working with colleagues and our partners is easily done in English.
A good colleague. This is a must have for us – we always recruit people who’ll fit our team. No exceptions. You can be the persona you are as long as you are kind and considerate to others. Having a sense of humor will get you far.
